Weapon Descriptions:
Guidance~
[image]
…the staff which was granted to Arella long ago as her holy weapon. Each demiangel is granted a unique weapon by their angelic superiors once they are worthy of battle. It is comprised of her own life energy, can only be touched by her, and is used primarily to ward demonic offenses. Holy weapons such as this are subject to the inner intent of the user, reflecting their purity, or lack thereof. Guidance is used for the Universal Judgment attack. It gets its name from the fact that it’s used by higher authority to guide Universe on her mission. When she wields it, she can distinctly interpret the instruction of her superiors.
Raiken~
[image]
…meaning “sacred sword”; Raiken is, in fact, Guidance. When in the hands of Eternal Sailor Universe, the staff becomes a powerful, double-edged blade. This is her main weapon in her eternal form, and she cannot wield it in any other form. 40 inches in length overall. Since her eternal form harbors mostly destructive energy, the Reiken helps to balance Universe out by emitting divine energy, just as Guidance does. Its second form with spiraling, golden rails is triggered when she offers her †Prayer of Supremacy, and is capable of ripping through a demonic presence that has retreated into the Spiritual Realm, bringing it back into the physical world.
Star-Crossed Wand~

…a gift from Sailor Moon, used for the Silver Sacrifice attack. Universe rarely uses this as it drains a great deal of energy.

Attack Details:
Destructive energy.
The first attack she mastered, and the only attack she can use in every form. A simple, white-blue energy disk with spinning rings on the edges which she can toss at will. It slices through an object or enemy before exploding. Hybrid Universe can manipulate this attack into various forms to suit her needs, including a refined energy sabre.

Destructive energy.
Simply meaning “detonation”. A little, silver spark appears at the tip of her index finger. When she releases it, the attack shoots in the direction it was aimed until she commands, “Bakuhatsu!”
and it erupts on cue. This attack is ideal for stealth infiltration, and is basic enough to be used several times without significant energy loss.

Destructive energy.
One of her main attacks. Universe raises her hands above her head with wrists crossed, and begins spinning in mid air. Her speed increases, and a large, bright energy disk in the shape of a spiral galaxy forms above, spinning along with her. When she stops spinning, the disk keeps going. It’s then flung at the enemy; the spiral motion aids with speed. The attack functions similarly to the Pulsar Blade, but differences can be seen in size, power, and the greater amount of control Universe has over the flight pattern.

50% Destructive energy; 50% pure energy.
She uses her Star-Crossed Wand for this one. Universe doesn’t use this attack very often because it requires a longer ‘power up’ phase, and drains substantial energy. The wand harvests equal amounts of both energy types Universe carries, and then releases the power in a swirling mass of silver energy which engulfs the enemy, vaporizing their remaining strength.
It is primarily used as a final blow.

Universal Life Force.
“Rei” meaning ‘universal’ and “ki” meaning ‘life energy.’ This is one of her favorites as it’s quick, effective, and requires minimal exertion. To perform it, Universe holds out her hands in front of her at arm’s length with her palms facing each other, making a triangle with her fingers tips together. Her brooch is what actually fires the shot. Once she beckons the life force throughout her body, the Tenyo pushes it into the triangle, and from there, a thick column of light shoots outward. This attack feeds on the essence of Sailor Universe’s spirit which she can obtain by will alone even if her strength is mostly drained.

90% Destructive energy; 10% pure energy.
Her most powerful attack in her Eternal form. She will only use this if she’s completely desperate. For this attack, the Tenyo detaches itself from the confines of her brooch. Universe channels all the energy within her into that single point, and then it explodes directly from the crystal in a magnified state. The blast travels as an expanding bubble of light dispersed in all directions over a two-mile radius. Its purpose is to wipe out either a surrounding threat, or something of substantial power. Devastation is left in its wake. The attack itself is extremely quick to overtake an enemy. Following this attack, depending on her physical status, there’s no telling how weak she could be, and it has the potential to immobilize her for days. She must be extremely cautious when using it around innocent human civilization.

Pure energy.
The staff, Guidance, is used to gather the needed energy from within her. White light accumulates about the gold rails, and spirals up through the silver orbs. When it’s released, the power is dispersed as an acute aura affecting the surrounding area. If the opponent is demonic (which is why she’d be using this in the first place) it is repelled by the divine energy. The enemy is usually driven off or significantly hindered depending on its rank and strength. It’s like oil and water…darkness and light…opposite sides of a magnet, the two cannot mix. If the opponent isn’t evil, the attack is useless and a waste of energy. This attack is much more powerful in her guardian form than her princess form. Either way – justice is served!

Ashleigh is not the civilian form of Sailor Universe.
She is but a vessel in which the angel Arella houses her new power; the power of a sailor senshi. Once Sailor Universe is born within Ashleigh, Arella and Ashleigh switch places. Arella becomes Sailor Universe so that she may live on as a new angel, and Ashleigh becomes an “abandoned” body that the angel used to be reborn. Arella (often called Sakura for purposes explained in the fan fiction) is the true civilian form of this sailor soldier.
